What is hpnicfEponDeviceCriticalEventState?
Reports whether the device currently has a Critical Event alarm asserted (true) or reset (false), per the 802.3ah clause 57 OAM alarm indications. This is a general-purpose severe-fault flag distinct from the power-loss-specific Dying Gasp alarm.
