What is hpicfMdnsDefaultFilterInAction?
This object sets the default action, deny or permit, applied to inbound mDNS traffic when no more specific profile rule matches, defaulting to deny. Admins use this as the baseline policy controlling whether unmatched mDNS service announcements are allowed onto the network by default. Leaving hpicfMdnsDefaultFilterInAction at its default of deny(1) means only mDNS traffic matching an explicitly permitted profile rule gets through, with everything else blocked.
