Module: HPICF-AMP-SERVER-MIB

OID (symbolic): HPICF-AMP-SERVER-MIB::hpicfAMPServerConfigStatus

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.14.11.5.1.125.1.6

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: The object is to show the AMP server configuration staus.

What is hpicfAMPServerConfigStatus?

This read-write object indicates whether the AMP server registration parameters, such as IP, group, folder, and secret, have been fully configured on the switch, defaulting to notConfigured(2). Admins or the device itself use this status to gate whether the switch should attempt AMP registration, avoiding registration attempts with incomplete configuration. Once an admin has set hpicfAMPServerIP, hpicfAMPServerGroup, and hpicfAMPServerSecret, setting hpicfAMPServerConfigStatus to configured(1) signals the switch is ready to register with AMP.
