What is snVLanCARExceedAction?

This object specifies what the switch does with traffic that exceeds this rate-limit entry's committed rate: drop it, transmit it anyway, continue evaluating it against subsequent rate limits, or rewrite its IP precedence before transmitting or continuing. Admins commonly set this to drop to enforce a hard bandwidth cap, or to a precedence-rewriting action to demote excess traffic instead of discarding it. For example, setting this to drop on a guest VLAN's CAR entry silently discards any traffic beyond the committed rate.
