What is hpicfUsrAuthWebAuthSessionState?
Reports the exact step a web-auth client is in -- authenticated, waiting for credentials, mid-verification, rejected with or without an unauthenticated-VLAN fallback, timed out, assigned (or failed to be assigned) an initial role, or authenticated via a critical/open-auth VLAN. An admin uses this to see why a given client isn't getting network access, e.g. authReqRejectNoVlan means bad credentials with no fallback VLAN available.
