What is snBgp4GenAlwaysCompareMed?
Turns on or off comparison of the BGP Multi-Exit Discriminator (MED) attribute when choosing between paths learned from neighbors in different autonomous systems. An admin would enable this to let MED influence best-path selection across AS boundaries (normally MED is only compared between paths from the same AS); set to enabled(1) to compare, disabled(0) to skip it.
