What is snRtATPortOperationMode?
This reports the port's actual running AppleTalk role: seedRouter(2), nonSeedRouter(3), notOperational(4), or routingDisabled(5). It lets an admin see the effective state even when the configured seed-router setting couldn't be applied, e.g. due to a network number mismatch.
