What is snRtATArpRetransmitCount?
This is the number of times (1-10, default 2) the device retransmits an AppleTalk ARP request if the first one times out without a reply. Tuning it higher can help on lossy or busy AppleTalk segments where the first ARP attempt is often dropped.
