What is hpicfXcvrMdiPairCDSwap?
Cable diagnostics indication of whether channels C/D are swapped: mdi(0) means Channel C is on MDI[3] and D on MDI[2], mdix(1) means the reverse, and unspecified(2) means not reported. Only valid when hpicfXcvrDiagnostics indicates VCT or other cable-diagnostics support.
