What is hpicfConnectionRateFilterNotificationControlEnable?

This read-write TruthValue controls whether connection-rate-filter notifications from the agent are enabled, defaulting to enabled. An admin can set this to false to suppress the hpicfConnectionRateFilterNotification trap device-wide if it becomes too noisy, or leave it true to keep receiving alerts about flagged hosts. For example, an admin overwhelmed by frequent alerts during a known scan event might temporarily set this to false(2) to silence the notifications.
