What is hm2WwanSetTrap?

A bitmask selecting which WWAN SNMP trap notifications (roaming, LTE persistence switch, registration failure, data connection setup, etc.) are actually emitted; all 11 trap bits are enabled by default. An admin who only cares about SIM failover events could clear the other bits to reduce trap noise while keeping the failover-related ones active.
