What is hm2WwanCellularSelection?
Restricts which radio technologies (GSM, UMTS, LTE, or combinations like gsmlte) the modem is allowed to attach to. Setting it to 'auto' lets the modem pick whatever the SIM supports, while pinning it to a single technology forces the radio off other networks even if they have better coverage at a given site.
