Description: Interface index of the control link in case of outband-control. Note that only those ports can be chosen which do not belong to another L2 redundancy mechanism like ring redundancy or dual homing and that row creation is only done by writing to hm2RingCplRowStatus.
What is hm2RingCplControlIfIndex?
The interface index of a separate control link used only when ring coupling is configured for outband control, carrying coordination traffic between the two coupling devices instead of routing it over the coupling link itself.
