hm2IOModConfigDigOutputSnmpTrap

Module: HM2-IOMODULE-MIB

OID (symbolic): HM2-IOMODULE-MIB::hm2IOModConfigDigOutputSnmpTrap

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.248.11.100.1.1.3.1.4

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: HmEnabledStatus

Access: read-write

Description: Trigger an SNMP trap log when output status changes. If the value is disable (2), no SNMP trap will be sent. If the value is enable (1), a SNMP trap will be sent when the output state changes. The SNMP trap will be sent to all receivers configured in the snmpTargetAddrTable. The output state will be checked according to the refresh interval entered in hm2IOModConfigDigOutputRefreshInterval.

What is hm2IOModConfigDigOutputSnmpTrap?

This read-write HmEnabledStatus setting controls whether the device sends an SNMP trap when a digital output's state changes, or when the output value transitions to or from invalid(3). When enabled(1), the hm2IOModDigOutputChangeTrap notification is sent to all configured trap receivers. For example, an admin would enable this so the NMS is alerted immediately if an output goes invalid because its source input became unreachable.
