What is hm2FMActionActivateKey?
An advisory lock value the device hands out so that separate management stations don't collide when starting file-management actions; the admin must read this key and write it back into hm2FMActionActivate to actually launch the action. It functions like a one-time token proving no one else grabbed the action slot first.
