What is hh3cAggPortNotAttachedReason?
This value is a code from 0 to 10 explaining why a port that has been selected for an aggregator is not yet attached to it, covering causes such as reaching the active-port limit, resource exhaustion, mismatched configuration, or improper speed or duplex settings. Admins read it to quickly diagnose why a port isn't joining a LAG as expected, without manually checking each prerequisite. For example, a value of 9 tells the admin the port's speed doesn't match the aggregation's requirements.
