What is hh3cAggLinkState?
This RowStatus value controls the lifecycle of a link aggregation group's table entry, supporting createAndGo, active, and destroy states in this implementation. Admins set it to createAndGo to provision a new LAG in one step, or to destroy to remove an existing aggregation group. Setting it to destroy would tear down the LAG and free its member ports for other use.
