Description: This object specifies whether a complete distribution (or merge) will be applied when an activation(or merge) happened in Basic mode.
If this object is set to 'full', both the Active Zone Set and Zone Set Database will be distributed (or merged) when an activation operation(or merge) is performed.
If this object is set to 'activeOnly', only the Active Zone Set will be distributed(or merged) when an activation operation(or merge) is performed.
The value 'none' is meaningless and can be used only in Enhanced mode.
What is hh3cFcZsDistributeRule?
This read-write INTEGER controls what gets distributed or merged when a zone activation happens in Basic mode: full(3) sends both the Active Zone Set and the whole Zone Set Database, activeOnly(2) sends only the Active Zone Set, and none(1) is only valid in Enhanced mode. An admin sets this to activeOnly(2) to reduce fabric-wide traffic when only the active configuration needs to propagate.
