Description: A direction of the connection from a gateway point of view. In - remote device called the gateway; Out - the gateway called the remote device.

What is h323GwConnectionsConnectionDirection?

Indicates whether the remote device called into the gateway (in) or the gateway called out to the remote device (out). An admin uses this to distinguish inbound from outbound legs when auditing call activity.
