What is gwWebAccessUptime?
This read-only TimeTicks value reports how long this WebAccess agent process has been running since it was last started. Admins use it to confirm the agent hasn't unexpectedly restarted and to correlate performance metrics with how long the service has been up. For example, an unexpectedly low gwWebAccessUptime value found during a routine check would tell the admin the WebAccess service recently crashed and restarted.
