What is ngwsnadsInStatuses?
This counter tracks the cumulative number of delivery status notifications the gateway has received from SNADS, confirming the fate of messages it previously sent. Admins use it to verify that the gateway is getting delivery confirmations back from the SNADS system, not just sending mail into a void. If ngwsnadsOutMsgs rises steadily but ngwsnadsInStatuses stays flat, it may mean status replies from SNADS are not arriving.
