What is ngwovvmUptime?
This reports how long the GroupWise OVVM gateway process has been running, in TimeTicks, hundredths of a second. Admins check it to confirm the gateway hasn't recently restarted unexpectedly, which would indicate a crash or manual intervention. A sudden drop in ngwovvmUptime to a small value tells the admin the gateway service just restarted.
