What is ngwovvmOutStatuses?
This is a running counter of status messages, such as delivery confirmations, sent out to the OVVM system. Admins use it to verify the gateway is properly reporting message delivery status back to the voicemail system. A flat ngwovvmOutStatuses counter despite active message traffic could indicate the status-reporting function has stalled.
