What is ngwovvmInErrors?

This is a running counter of message transfers from OVVM to the gateway that failed. Admins monitor it to catch inbound delivery problems distinct from the outbound errors tracked by ngwovvmOutErrors. A steady increase in ngwovvmInErrors while ngwovvmOutErrors stays flat points the admin toward a problem specifically on the OVVM-to-gateway path.
