What is ngwAPIUptime?
This read-only value reports how long the GroupWise API Gateway process has been running, in TimeTicks (hundredths of a second). An admin checks this to confirm the gateway hasn't unexpectedly restarted, since a low uptime value after a known-stable period would indicate a crash or manual restart. For example, an unexpectedly low reading during a routine check would prompt the admin to review logs for a recent gateway restart.
