What is ngwAPIOutStatuses?
This read-only counter tallies the number of message delivery status notifications the gateway has sent to the API. An admin uses this to confirm the gateway is properly reporting delivery status back to GroupWise, since a stalled counter here means senders won't get delivery confirmations. For example, this counter failing to increase despite active mail flow would suggest status reporting is broken even though messages are still being relayed.
