What is adaClosedPostOffices?
This read-only gauge reports how many of the Post Offices serviced by this Administration Agent are currently closed rather than open and operational. Admins watch this value to detect post offices that have gone offline or been intentionally taken out of service. For example, if adaTotalPostOffices is 12 and this value rises to 3, an admin knows three post offices need investigation.
