What is nbsPortPolDetection?
This read-write OID controls per-port auto-polarity detection, with value 1 disabling it and value 2 enabling it (note the DESCRIPTION's numbering is reversed from most other booleans in this MIB). An admin would enable this so the port can automatically correct a reversed-polarity twisted-pair connection.
