What is nbsForwardUnkPkts?

This read-write OID controls whether packets with unknown destination addresses are forwarded up to the agent CPU (value 1) or dropped instead (value 2), a setting an admin tunes when deciding whether the CPU should see unrecognized traffic for analysis.
