What is uas7626AlarmStatus?

A 7-byte bitmask giving the actual active/inactive state of every alarm on the unit (power-up plus, per loop, Major, Minor, loss-of-transmit-clock, 2B1Q out-of-sync, sealing-current, errored-seconds, and unavailable-seconds bits) regardless of whether each alarm is currently masked, giving an admin the ground truth behind any summarized status.
