What is scmAlarmText?
Holds the human-readable alarm text (e.g. 'SC553: Slot 2 Line 1 Drop 0 DCD Loss Alarm is Active') carried in the scmAlarmTextTrap notification when scmTextAlarmTraps is enabled; reading it outside of a trap always returns an empty string.
