What is portsecurityMacRuleRowStatus?
The RowStatus used to create or delete a MAC security rule; per the MIB's documented workflow, an admin sets it to createAndWait (5), fills in the type/action (and VID or IPv4 as needed), then sets it to createAndGo (4) to activate the rule or destroy (6) to remove it.
