What is wanPhysDcdLevel?
Reports the state of the DCD (Data Carrier Detect) EIA signal on this WAN link: down(1) or up(2). Admins check this low-level serial signal when troubleshooting a WAN link that won't come up, since a DCD stuck down usually points to a physical-layer or modem/CSU-DSU problem rather than a configuration issue.
