Description: The time in tens of milliseconds since the last time that the system was reset. This counter has a value of 0 when initialized.
What is hubTimeSinceReset?
A counter of elapsed time, in hundredths of a second (TimeTicks), since the hub was last reset; it starts at 0 after initialization. Admins use it the same way as a standard sysUpTime counter, to see how long the device has been running since its last reboot.
