Description: Restart the hub if selecting reset.
What is hubResetAction?
A read-write control an admin sets to reset(2) to remotely restart the hub via SNMP, or leaves at noreset(1) for normal operation. This is useful for recovering a hung or misbehaving hub without needing physical access to the device.
