Description: The state of the UNI for this port. The valid values are up and down.
What is portUNIState?
Reports whether the UNI/NNI signaling link on this port is currently up, down, or invalid, which an admin checks first when a port's PVCs stop passing traffic since a down UNI affects every circuit on the port.
