What is frsldPvcSmplFrDeliveredC?
The number of frames delivered within CIR at this PVC's receive point specifically during this sample interval; if the device also runs the 64-bit HC counters, this reports the lower 32 bits of frsldPvcSmplHCFrDeliveredC. This is the per-bucket snapshot version of the cumulative frsldPvcDataFrDeliveredC counter.
