What is frsldPvcSmplDelayAvg?

The average delay, in microseconds, across all delay probe packets that arrived during this sample interval; a value of zero means no data was collected. This is the headline number admins usually chart over time to track a PVC's latency trend, since it smooths out the min/max extremes.
