End-to-End segmentation header will be inserted only.
What is friSCfgE2ESSVNP?
End-to-end segment size when voice is absent, from 64 to 4096 bytes, transmit path only; 'disable' leaves packet size unchanged and only inserts the segmentation header. Default is disable.
