What is friPCfgFrameSeqCounting?
Shows whether the port numbers link-level frames with normal sequencing (modulo 8) or extended sequencing (modulo 128), applied to all stations on the port; 'nc' means skipped during configuration. Extended is used on high-speed or long-delay links so more frames can be outstanding; it is read-only here.
