down(2) = Deactivate the connection. Before the deactivation can be completed, the atmVclAdminStatus of the corresponding ATM endpoint MUST be 'down(2)'. The deactivation of the
ATM endpoint MAY occur as a side-effect of deactivating the FR/ATM IWF cross-connection.
What is frAtmIwfConnAdminStatus?
Read-create up(1)/down(2) switch that activates or deactivates a specific Frame Relay/ATM interworking connection; setting it up(1) requires both underlying PVC endpoints to already be up, so it is typically the last step after provisioning the frame relay and ATM legs.
