What is fjdaryMachinePowerInfo?

A packed binary structure holding 24 hours of the array's overall power-consumption readings on an hourly average, from the current value back to 24 hours ago, plus which CM recorded them and when they were last updated -- lets an admin chart the array's total power draw trend without an external power meter.
