Module: FD-OLT-MIB
OID (symbolic): FD-OLT-MIB::downStreamResetAgeTimer
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.34592.1.3.3.5.1.2
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: OperSwitch
Access: read-write
Description: Generally, only when olt receive learned mac from upstream (from PON port) will reset the age timer. This object give us an option to let olt reset age timer when received learned mac from downstream (from OLT's SNI port).
What is downStreamResetAgeTimer?
Controls whether receiving a learned MAC address from the downstream (SNI) side also resets that entry's age timer, in addition to the normal upstream (PON) trigger. Enabling it keeps MAC entries alive based on traffic seen from either direction rather than upstream traffic alone.
