Module: FASTPATH-GREENETHERNET-PRIVATE-MIB

OID (symbolic): FASTPATH-GREENETHERNET-PRIVATE-MIB::agentGreenEnergyDetectOperReason

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.4526.11.500.1.1.1.4

Access: read-only

Description: The energy detect mode may be administratively enabled, but the operational status may be inactive. The reasons for this may be that the Port is currently operating in the fiber mode, the Link is up, or the Admin Mode is Down. If the energy-detect operational status is active, then the reason field shows up as No energy Detected

What is agentGreenEnergyDetectOperReason?

A display string (1-32 chars) explaining why Energy Detect is operationally inactive on an enabled port -- e.g. the port is in fiber mode, the link is up, or admin mode is down -- or 'No energy Detected' when it's active. Admins read this to diagnose why a port isn't power-saving as expected.
