What is globalPathHiWater?
The amount of memory, in bytes, that the cached path (RTT/hop) data table can grow to before 3DNS starts reaping (discarding) older entries. An admin raises this on a system tracking many LDNS resolvers if reaping is discarding useful data too aggressively.
