What is globalLDnsReapAlg?
Chooses the eviction strategy used when the LDNS cache needs reaping: lru(1) discards least-recently-used entries, fewestHits(2) discards the least-queried LDNS resolvers, numberItems(3) trims to a target count. This mirrors globalPathReapAlg but applies to cached resolver entries instead of path data.
