What is agentIpv6ServicePortNbrState?
The Neighbor Discovery state of a neighbor seen on the Service Port: reachable(1) means confirmed recently, stale(2) means its info is due for deletion/re-verification, delay(3) means no confirmation received yet during the delay period, probe(4) means the switch is actively probing it, or unknown(6). Admins check this when the management interface can't reach its gateway, to see whether Neighbor Discovery even considers the neighbor reachable.
