What is agentTunnelStatus?
This RowStatus value controls the lifecycle of an IPv6 tunnel table entry: setting it to createAndGo(4) creates and activates the tunnel, destroy(6) removes it, and active(1) reflects a currently running instance. An admin uses it to provision or tear down IPv6-over-IPv4 tunnels dynamically via SNMP. For example, a management system would set this to createAndGo when provisioning a new 6to4 tunnel entry.
