What is eReqCapAllBar?

This object specifies that an extended capability should apply to every varbind in the request except the indicated one(s), with values other(1), supported(2), unsupported(3), or notUsed(4) reporting the actual outcome. A manager reads the returned value to confirm the agent correctly excluded the indicated varbind(s) while applying the capability to the rest of the request. A returned value of supported(2) would confirm the agent applied the capability to all varbinds except the ones the manager excluded.
