Description: Specifies the set of interfaces this filter applies to. Each octet within the value of this object specifies a set of eight interfaces, with the first octet spefifying interfaces 1 through 8, the second octet specifying interfaces 9 through 16 etc. Within each octet, the most significant bit represents the lowest numbered interface, and the least significant bit represents the highest numbered interface. Thus, each interface is represented by a single bit within the value of this object. If that bit has a value of '1' then that interface is included in this set.
What is docsDevFilterIpInterfaces?
This is a writable bitmap specifying which interfaces this IP filter applies to, with each bit representing one interface (bit 1 of the first octet is interface 1, and so on). Admins set this to scope an IP filter to specific ports instead of all interfaces.
